Being Catholic is a life-long relationship with Our Lord Jesus Christ. Whether you are interested in converting from Protestantism or starting at the beginning, we would love to walk with you on this journey.
We begin with OCIA, the Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (formerly RCIA), which is a process of initiation into the Catholic Church. During this process, we study Sacred Scripture and Tradition and Catholic teaching. We explore an active prayer life and involvement in the parish community, the local Body of Christ. It is a process of conversion designed to meet the unique needs of everyone exploring the Faith.

FAQ's
Do I have to make a commitment to becoming Catholic in order to join or attend OCIA?
No! While some may be ready to make the commitment, some just want to explore and ask questions about the Faith. You are not required to join the Church at the end of the OCIA year. Everyone's journey takes a different amount of time.
I have been faithfully attending a Protestant church for years and consider myself a strong Christian. Do I still need to attend OCIA?
Yes. If you have been validly baptized in a Protestant church, you will not need to be re-baptized as a Catholic. However, it is still important to study and learn the full teachings of the Catholic Faith.
How do I get started?
